TIF #6 is a redevelopment TIF covering much of the downtown area. The program offers incentives for new infill development as well as the rehabilitation of historic structures. Small Business/Economic Development Loan
The purpose of the Small Business/Economic Development (ED) program is to provide financial assistance for a portion of costs associated with interior building improvement projects that contributes to the redevelopment of the Downtown. Eligible projects include interior building rehabilitation projects; and acquisition, demolition, site preparation or similar activities deemed necessary to stimulate development projects located within TIF District #6 in which the City's investment is less than $3,000 or 40% of the project costs.

Facade Improvement and Sign Program
The purpose of the Facade Improvement program is to provide financial assistance to downtown businesses and property owners for a portion of costs associated with exterior building improvements.
