U.S. SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program – This morning, COVID-19 has been added to the SBA’s Disaster Loan Program portfolio. Long-term, low-interest loans will be available to assist small businesses with operational and fixed costs impacted by COVID-19. For additional information, contact the WI SBA District Office and/or your local lender.

 

WEDC 20/20 Small Business Grant Program – Small Businesses may apply for up to $20,000 to cover various COVID-19 eligible operational expenses, such as rent and payroll obligations. These grants will be administered through WI’s network of Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI). Additional details, such as application materials and related program guidelines, will be released in the near future.

 

WI Dept. of Workforce Development Employer / Employee COVID-19 FAQ’s – In response to various employer / employee COVID-19 questions, WI DWD has prepared this FAQ.

Rock County Open for Business Locator

As part of an overall and evolving COVID-19 recovery strategy, Rock County is encouraging businesses to consider registering their establishiment with its ArcGIS Geocoding Service. This is a free service or information platform, where businesses can voluntarily submit relevant information about the operational status of their business as it concerns COVID-19.

 

We're All In Grant

Phase 2 of the We’re All In grant is open through November 2nd. No letters of support are required for this round, but please let businesses know that they can apply. Priority targets are businesses that did not receive funding in the first round, followed by those in heavily impacted industries for whom $2,500 doesn’t go very far toward covering losses. https://www.revenue.wi.gov/Pages/FAQS/SmallBusinessGrantProgram.aspx

Tourism Industry Grants

The targeted tourism industry grants are open through October 29th. Eligible businesses include movie theaters, lodging facilities, and live music/entertainment venues. http://industry.travelwisconsin.com/grants

HartBeat of Main Street Grants

The HartBeat of Main Street grant application is open through October 29th.
