City of Edgerton

 

All Operator Licenses expire annually on June 30th unless otherwise noted. License holders are reminded to reapply for the following year's license.

Applications received after the filing deadline could result in a delay in your re-approval process, including the delay in your ability to sell alcohol. The Edgerton Police Department will be notified of any late filers.

 

There is a $30.00 Non-Refundable fee for new and renewal licenses.

1. Submit a complete application.

2. After the application is submitted, please allow 7-10 business days to process background check by the Edgerton Police Department.

3. If application is denied by the Edgerton Police Department, a letter will be sent to the applicant informing them of the date the application will go in front of the Finance Committee. This committee has the authority to make the final decision to approve or deny the application.  Attendance by applicant is mandatory.
