All licenses expire June 30th of every year.
Applications received after the filing deadline could result in a delay in your re-approval process, including the delay in your ability to sell alcohol. The Edgerton Police Department will be notified of any late filers.
To allow time for the following steps to occur, we suggest applying as early as possible for your license.
1. Applications must be published by the City Clerk.
2. License application is presented to the Finance Committee for approval/denial. Meetings are held the first and third Monday of the month.
3. If approved license is issued by the City Clerk.
